• AI-powered companion that provides responses inspired by about 1,000 teachings from Apostle Joshua Selman
• Scripture selections and study prompts adapted to your spiritual season
• Structured daily rhythm and spiritual formation tools
• Personalized content and guidance tailored to your spiritual journey

Important Disclaimer: Illuminate is designed to support your spiritual formation, not replace it. The Service does not replace personal Bible study, pastoral counsel, or the guidance of the Holy Spirit. All AI-generated content is for support and guidance purposes only.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3.2 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

5.1 AI Companion

Illuminate uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized spiritual guidance. The AI companion is inspired by about 1,000 teachings from Apostle Joshua Selman and is designed to point you back to Scripture and sound doctrine.

Important Limitations:

• The AI is a tool for spiritual support, not a replacement for personal study, pastors, or the Holy Spirit
• AI-generated responses are based on patterns in training data and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You should always verify AI guidance against Scripture and sound doctrine
• The AI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice

5.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful spiritual guidance, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and should exercise discernment in applying any guidance received.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, content, and AI technology, is owned by BuildOptimus Labs Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Scripture references and biblical content are used in accordance with fair use principles. References to teachings from Apostle Joshua Selman are used for inspiration and guidance purposes. We do not claim ownership of Scripture or the teachings referenced.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be available through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BUILDOPTIMUS LABS LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Illuminate is a spiritual support tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical treatment, or pastoral care. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuildOptimus Labs Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
